A Web Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. They combine creativity with technical skills to develop websites that not only look good but also function effectively. The role requires collaboration with clients, project managers, and developers to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio of design projects.
2. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and other design tools.
3. Strong understanding of usability and user experience principles.
4. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to feedback.
6. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
