Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for driving results through data-driven strategies. This role requires a creative thinker with the ability to implement, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns across various online platforms.


Key Responsibilities



  1. Campaign Strategy and Execution:

  2. Develop, manage, and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

  4. Data Analysis and Optimization:

  5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights.
  6. Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  7. Conduct A/B testing to improve ad copy, creative, and landing page performance.

  8. Budget Management:

  9. Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively across channels to ensure efficient use of resources.
  10. Prepare regular budget reports and forecasts to track expenditure and performance.

  11. Reporting and Analytics:

  12. Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  13. Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA).

  14. Market Research and Trend Analysis:

  15. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
  16. Provide recommendations for new marketing opportunities and channels.


Qualifications



  1. Education:

  2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  3. Experience:

  4. 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles.
  5. Proven track record of managing successful PPC and paid social campaigns.

  6. Technical Skills:

  7. Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms.
  8. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

  9. Soft Skills:

  10. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  11. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  12. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
