We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely. Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop, manage, and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Data Analysis and Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights.
- Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad copy, creative, and landing page performance.
- Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively across channels to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Prepare regular budget reports and forecasts to track expenditure and performance.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Market Research and Trend Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Provide recommendations for new marketing opportunities and channels.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles.
- Proven track record of managing successful PPC and paid social campaigns.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
