Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Utilize various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and candidate availability.
- Candidate Assessment:
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback on candidate suitability.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Foster positive relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Implement best practices in talent acquisition and sourcing to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and sourcing, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
