Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Specialist (Remote)


Overview


We are seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This remote position is ideal for a professional with a passion for identifying and attracting top talent. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for assessing candidates' skills and a strategic mindset for developing effective sourcing strategies.


Key Responsibilities



  1. Sourcing and Recruitment:

  2. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  3. Utilize various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
  4. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and candidate availability.

  5. Candidate Assessment:

  6. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
  7. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback on candidate suitability.

  8. Relationship Management:

  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
  10. Foster positive relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.

  11. Process Improvement:

  12. Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  13. Implement best practices in talent acquisition and sourcing to ensure high standards are maintained.

  14. Data Management and Reporting:

  15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
  16. Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.


Qualifications


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in talent acquisition and sourcing, preferably in a remote setting.
  3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  7. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
