HR Trainee

As an HR Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to provide you with a deep understanding of human resources functions. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in HR, offering hands-on experience in various HR activities under the guidance of experienced professionals.


Key Responsibilities



  1. Recruitment Support:

  2. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  3. Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.

  4. Employee Records Management:

  5. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with personal information, job titles, and employment contracts.
  6. Ensure confidentiality and data protection compliance.

  7. Training and Development:

  8. Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions and workshops.
  9. Assist in tracking employee participation and feedback.

  10. HR Administration:

  11. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, copying, and document preparation.
  12. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.

  13. Performance Management:

  14. Help with the organization and facilitation of performance review processes.
  15. Assist in compiling performance data and preparing reports.


Qualifications



  1. Education:

  2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  3. Skills:

  4. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  7. Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.

  8. Experience:

  9. Previous internship or work experience in an HR-related role is a plus but not required.
