Customer Success Associate

We’re looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Success Associate to join our team and be the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our users have a smooth and successful experience with our product or service. You’ll help onboard new clients, provide ongoing support, and work closely with other departments to deliver value at every stage of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as a primary contact for new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
2. Guide new customers through onboarding, training, and product adoption.
3. Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot basic issues, escalating when necessary.
4. Monitor customer health and usage data to proactively address concerns or identify upsell opportunities.
5. Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
6. Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve the product and user experience.
7. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track customer interactions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2. 1–2 years of experience in customer success, support, or a client-facing role.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and customer success platforms.
5. Ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and work independently.
6. A genuine desire to help customers succeed and grow.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience working in a SaaS or tech company.
2. Familiarity with support tools like Intercom, Zendesk, or Freshdesk.
3. Understanding of customer lifecycle management.
